Is this really the end? Or just the beginning

I am exhausted. I have to congratulate Moa!! Ooops!!! I almost broke my back, patting too hard. Facebook was No. 1 getting to meet people. Audiobooks another hit. I know there are some staff members and customers don't know about the playaway. I have mentioned it here at Baisley Park to the staff and they have never heard of the playaway. I know that it was a pilot program created for some libraries. Library Things was also interested in cataloging and building my own library. he Generator creating neon signs was also a learning experience. Overall I had a great time. To improve this program. I would suggest a staff meeting to inform others who had not participated in 2.0 2007 to learn the basics. I would participate in another discovery program.

Audiobooks

This is the best I have seen. No hassle with a hardcover. Just close your eyes. Listen and enjoy the readings. This playaway should be in all libraries. I informed customers and staff members about the playaway, they are borrowing the items from the libraries that has holdings. Praise The Lord.

Podcasts, Smodcasts

Tried to listen to it at work. No headphones, no speakers. It was interesting going thru the website.

I Tube, YouTube

I opened YouTube for Joel Osteen and retrieved the video download. He is my favorite Pastor. I had volunteered to work at Madison Square Gardens when he was here in NYC in September, 2007.

Discovering Web 2.0 tools

I found old students from Holy Childhood High to talk to and that's (coughing, eh. ehm!!!!) many, many years ago. I will really use this site on a daily basis.

Explore Facebook and Social Networking

I really had fun exploring facebook and seeing other staff members. I have completed my profile to communicate with others. Real Cool!!!

Wiki Me This

The young kids from my library uses Wikipedia on a daily basis to do their homework.
They copy and paste as much as they can. I asked them if their teachers know this. Their reply. "All the time."
